How in God's name can you look at those pics and say Amber wore it best. Kate Beckinsale easily wore best. Beckinsale destroys Heard and Lui from head to toe, and it's not even that close. The dress fits Beckinsale's perfect body the best, and it looks the best on her. Or should I say she makes it look the best.
